Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office has released an update into the investigation of a deputy involved shooting in Thurston County. On the 4th of July a Thurston County Sheriff’s deputy shot and wounded a man who came to the door with a weapon after a possible domestic violence call. A Press release says Interviews with the involved parties are ongoing as well as the review of all patrol car and body camera footage, and witness and officer statements. Once the investigation is complete, Detectives will present their findings to the Thurston County Prosecutor for review.
