Eight hundred prizes worth $42,000 is up for grabs starting this weekend as the annual Washington State Trout Derby gets underway.

Eight hundred prizes worth $42,000 is up for grabs starting this weekend as the annual Washington State Trout Derby gets underway. 100 lakes around the state including ones in Grays harbor, Mason and Pacific counties will be stocked with trout with special yellow tags. There’s no fee to enter the derby and anyone with a valid Washington state fishing license can fish and win.
