The Aberdeen Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign kicks off this weekend with bell ringers starting on Saturday. The Salvation Army says the tradition of the Red Kettle for donations began back in 1891. Again this year, you are able to give cash, check and electronically using a QR Code. Bell ringers are still needed and you can sign up for a 2 hour single shift or sign up for longer with a group shift.
