A runaway from California is one of three teens accused of beating up juveniles in Elma.

A runaway from California is one of three teens accused of beating up juveniles in Elma. Grays Harbor Scanner says police were called out to Greenwood Mobile for an assault in progress just before 7pm Sunday. Cops found two juveniles had been assaulted by three teens, who had run off. A drone was used to help officers locate the three teen suspects, one of them turned out to be a missing person out of California.
