Public input is encouraged at the June 16 city council meeting.
The City of Elma is clarifying a proposed park use fee schedule that would apply only to groups without existing agreements who want to reserve park space for private events. Officials say longtime partners like Elma Little League and Youth Soccer, who help maintain the fields, will not be affected. The fees are meant to ensure fairness to taxpayers and help cover maintenance costs, not generate profit. Public input is encouraged at the June 16 city council meeting.
