Crash In Mason County Airlifting Driver

Deputies say the vehicle left the roadway around 5:30 a.m. and ended up in a ditch, with the driver found unconscious nearby.

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is releasing more details about a serious crash early Monday morning on E North Bay Road. Deputies say the vehicle left the roadway around 5:30 a.m. and ended up in a ditch, with the driver found unconscious nearby. Due to the severity of their injuries, the driver was airlifted for advanced care. The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and Washington State Patrol.
