The Grays Harbor Housing Authority will open its waitlist tomorrow for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Those who are interested in applying to get on a waiting list for studio, 1-, 2 -, 3- or 4-bedroom apartments can do so in person or online. Officials warn this application is only preliminary and it could take 2-4 years to get approval.
