Hoquiam police are cautioning drivers about the high probability for freezing rain starting this evening.

Hoquiam police are cautioning drivers about the high probability for freezing rain starting this evening. The latest update from the National Weather Service shows the west portion of Gray Harbor could be hit especially hard. Also as ice coats tree limbs and power lines, there could be a higher potential for power outages due to the freeze. The coldest temperatures are expected tonight. Authorities advise to avoid any unnecessary travel on the roads.
