Two family pets died in an Aberdeen house fire this morning. The call about the fire in the 300 block of West Marion came in before sunrise today with Aberdeen fire, Hoquiam fire and Grays Harbor Fire District 2 all responding to the scene. The one person inside the home made it out safely but two animals did not make it. No firefighters were injured and a cause is being investigated.
