With the 2nd round of ballots counted the local primary races haven’t changed. For the Grays Harbor District 1, Commissioner 1 seat, Republican leaning Georgia Miller still has a commanding 57 percent of the votes with democrat leaning Chris Thomas holding steady with 17 percent of the votes. Another count will happen tonight at 8pm.
