Following several months of investigation, the multi-agency Pacific County Drug Task Force made an arrest this week connected to an investigation into fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine being transported to, and sold in, Pacific County. On Monday the task force coordinated with the patrol division to make a traffic stop on 101. When officers searched the vehicle, they found suspected cocaine, powdered fentanyl and 1,300 fentanyl pills. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities said it was aided by community involvement.
