New details have been released about the armed person that caused a school lockdown in Aberdeen this week. According to a press release from Aberdeen police, officers responded to a domestic violence call at an apartment on West 4th street shortly after noon on Wednesday.  The caller said her longtime boyfriend was armed with a gun and threatening her and their children.  That man had left the area before cops arrived and out of an abundance of caution, the elementary school across the street was placed on a lockdown.
