Residents in Ocean Shores won’t be able to make utility payments or update account information for several days due to a scheduled system shutdown. The City’s utility billing system will be offline from Thursday, May 22 at 3:00 p.m. through Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 a.m. While Civic Pay will remain in read-only mode and offices will stay open for questions, no transactions will be processed during that time. City officials are urging residents to plan ahead and appreciate the community’s patience during the upgrade.
