According to The Daily World, the Department of Licensing has issued Auditor Joseph MacLean a second breach notice tied to years of audit problems and oversight failures. The state warns the county could lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual licensing revenue if corrections aren’t made. MacLean now has 15 days to respond before the state considers stronger action.
