On the same day Gray Harbor County issues a burn ban, the Pacific County Emergency Management Agency says the Fire Danger Rating has been elevated. the Washington State Department of Natural Resources has increased the Fire Danger Rating from LOW to MODERATE for the Coast Fire Danger Rating Area which includes Pacific County. As of this report there were no further burn restrictions in Pacific County however, if weather conditions persist, it is likely that burn restrictions will be enacted in the near future.
