Deputy Cosmo Cozby has been selected as the Patrol Deputy of the Quarter for what officials called his no-nonsense style and his dedication to keeping Pacific County safe. Deputy Cozby is described as a role model in the community who is tough but fair, earning respect everywhere he goes. He also helped start the Ocean Park Neighborhood Watch group, showing his commitment to making our streets safer.
