Regional Fire Authority Information Meeting Tonight

Tonight’s meeting begins at 6pm at the Aberdeen Fire Department at 700 W Market.

If you missed the first one, another public informational meeting concerning the proposed Regional Fire Authority will happen tonight in Aberdeen. Proposition 1 which will be on next month's ballot, would combine the manpower and resources of the Aberdeen, Hoquiam, and Cosmopolis Fire Departments to create one regional fire authority. These informational meetings are to help the public better understand the benefits to the community of combining fire departments. Tonight’s meeting begins at 6pm at the Aberdeen Fire Department at 700 W Market. The final informational meeting will be next week in Cosmopolis.
