Search For Crabber Is Getting Help

The search for missing crabber Bryson Fitch is getting some help from high above.

The search for missing crabber Bryson Fitch is getting some help from high above. Fitch went missing February 5th when the crabbing boat he was on sank near Willapa Bay. On Wednesday, a test pilot flying a Boeing 777X commercial airplane from Portland to Seattle took a detour to aid in the search efforts. The commercial jet could be seen flying in a grid search pattern near the Long Beach peninsula at an altitude of only about 1,500 feet, far lower than the 30,000 feet commercial airliners normally fly at. Bryson Fitch has still not been located but you can track the search efforts on the “Bring Bryson Home” Facebook page.
