A police investigation near the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds ended with two juveniles in custody Thursday. In a statement, Elma Police said a brief struggle and foot chase began after an officer contacted someone believed to be tied to a vehicle prowl case and outstanding warrants. Officers from several agencies searched the area and found two juveniles hiding nearby, including one wanted on an existing warrant. Everyone involved escaped with only minor scrapes, and no serious injuries were reported.
