Low Voter Turnout In Grays Harbor

Turnout was low in Tuesday’s primary, with just 13.6%

Turnout was low in Tuesday’s primary, with just 13.6% of Grays Harbor County voters casting ballots. Election officials have counted 2,527 ballots so far, with about 1,000 left to tally. In local races, Jerry Rajcich holds a strong lead in Aberdeen’s Ward 2, and Elma’s police levy is passing by a slim margin. Oakville’s mayoral race remains too close to call, while District 12 voters rejected fire levy and South Beach EMS is on track to pass with 66% support.
