A suspect has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Hoquiam. Police say the driver of a gold 2005 Toyota Camry fled the scene after the crash at Sumner and Ontario around 7:30 p.m. Friday. The vehicle was later found in Ocean Shores, and the suspect was taken into custody and interviewed. Authorities say had the driver remained at the scene, he likely would not be facing felony charges.
