A Grays Harbor park is thriving thanks to ongoing support from the community and local grants. The Daily World says the Central Park Lions Club has received $62,200 from the Grays Harbor Community Foundation since 2020, helping transform their park into a safe and welcoming space. Recent improvements include a new concrete walkway, a basketball and pickleball court, and secure storage for maintenance equipment. Community groups have until the close of business today to apply for the next round of Community Building Grants.
