Expect traffic delays between Hoquiam and Aberdeen later this month as WSDOT closes the US 101 Simpson Avenue Bridge for repairs.

Expect traffic delays between Hoquiam and Aberdeen later this month as WSDOT closes the US 101 Simpson Avenue Bridge for repairs. The bridge will be closed around the clock from 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, through 9 a.m. Thursday, July 23, while crews replace an aging support piling and make roadway repairs. During the closure, the nearby Riverside Bridge will be converted to two-way traffic. Drivers should expect backups and plan extra travel time through the area.
