Washington’s Trout Derby is in full swing, and there are still prize-winning fish out there waiting to be caught. The 10th annual contest runs through October 31, with tagged trout worth prizes stocked in more than 100 lakes, including spots in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties. With over $54,000 in prizes up for grabs, all you need is a fishing license and kids under 15 can fish free. Hook a tagged trout, hang on to the tag, and you’re in line for everything from fishing gear to gift cards.
