The driver died and two children were injured in a single car crash this weekend in Pacific County.

The driver died and two children were injured in a single car crash this weekend in Pacific County. Grays Harbor scanner reports the wreck happened just after midnight Saturday on US 101 near the Grays Harbor-Pacific County line. Washington State Patrol says the 38-year-old female driver was traveling southbound, lost control and crashed into a tree on the northbound side. Two children, ages 9 and 11, were taken to the hospital for injuries. No drugs are alcohol were suspected, but troopers say the woman was driving too fast for the road conditions. All three were wearing seatbelts.
